Our Levantes are fully accessible to accommodate wheelchair passengers, whether that means staying seated in your secured wheelchair, or transferring to a coach seat.
In order for us to make arrangements for your needs, you will need to notify us of your requirements when booking your accessible coach
Steps to follow when making a booking for an Accessible Coach:
1. Contact Us
If you are booking one of our accessible vehicles please call and speak to one of our booking team who will take details of your requirements and check availability of the coach.
2. Wheelchair Details.
You will need to give us the wheelchair make, model, dimensions and weight so we can check if we can safely carry it on board.
3. Check Measurements
We will then check that the model, size and weight are within the limits for us carry safely and that our restraints will fit.
4. Booking Confirmation
We will then contact you to confirm your booking and to arrange payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to carry passengers whilst seated in a mobility scooter or in larger electric wheelchairs. The size and weight of some of these chairs means that they cannot be secured and safe travel cannot be guaranteed.
